Job Description
- Plan, initiate and execute HR strategy for SSC structures in accordance to the Group policy
- Be responsible for HR functions: recruitment, people development, trainings, career planning, succession planning, onboarding/outboarding process, reward & recognition process
- Development, standardisation and optimisation of HR functions
- Building and managing SSC HR team
- Responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of processes and tasks fulfilled by the HR team
- Being a key point of contact for business managers on all personal topics within designated scope
- Managing HR projects in accordance with the current business requirements
- Implementing global HR processes, initiatives, tools and policies
- Reporting to the Group HR Director
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Human Resources, psychology or similar
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar position, team leadership and in project management
- Experience in large international organisation in SSC/BPO sector
- Professional experience in building and executing HR strategy
- Very solid knowledge and practical experience of delivering HR functions
- Professional experience as a partner for the business in the HR field
- Familiar with standard IT tools (MS office, SAP or similar)
- Willingness to reach out for new improvements and optimisation in HR area
- Very good command of English language
- Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
