Job Purpose:

This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Heineken Global Shared Service. D&T is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition.

The D&T Manager leads HGSS D&T Finance team and orchestrates Finance digital transformation in line with Global Finance priorities. Provide expertise and capabilities to the business across pillars of the D&T organization.

 

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Operationalizing and delivering the full D&T potential program ambition,
  • Prioritizing and optimizing resource allocation for D&T Finance initiatives,
  • Maintaining an integrated end-to-end view of all HGSS D&T Finance initiatives and prioritizing / reallocating resources where appropriate,
  • Ensuring successful solutions by pressure testing solutions, coaching teams and providing high impact support,
  • Providing technical vision, guidance, and authorization to carry out major plans and initiatives,
  • Overseeing design and implementation of D&T principals, policies, and processes,
  • Creating appropriate ecosystem to enable transformation, by managing strategic vendor and partners relationships
  • Supervising Finance data management and governance to ensure readily available and high quality data,
  • Overseeing and guiding the development of new Digital / Advanced Analytics products within Finance domain,
  • Ensuring implementation of global enterprise architecture supporting Finance business agenda,
  • Ensuring Operation Excellence is implemented and anchored within D&T Finance Technology domain, driving business value delivery through Finance Core and Platforms Solutions
  • Building and developing local capabilities in data, advanced analytics, digital product development, technology,
  • Leading implementation of Agile WoW and cross Finance product teams, and supporingt the digital upskilling of the D&T Finance workforce,
  • Bringing the D&T voice to the management team,
  • Seeking the development of D&T Finance personnel and facilitate a work environment aligned with the corporate culture,

You are a good Candidate if:
  • You have Bachelor/Master’s degree in in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies,
  • You have 8+ years’ experience*, with 5+ in IT/digital transformation and 3+ years leading a similar size organization,
  • Posses business knowledge and understanding, preferably in the industry or at least in an adjacent one,
  • You have proven ability to deliver large, transformational technological projects,
  • You have experience with incorporating data and analytics in decision making
  • Demonstrate ability to hire and develop world-class talent, and construct a team to deliver operational excellence
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills
  • You have proven strategic thinking
  • Posses digital and innovative mindset, knowledge base, and experience that goes beyond simple awareness
  • You have strong project delivery, planning and change management skills
  • You have experience with Agile ways of working
  • You are able to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders
  • You have ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business
