Deloitte Digital is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for its growing digital marketing team.

Location: Warsaw, Łódź or remote work

We're looking for candidates: 

  • willing to develop their career in coordinating and leading service delivery in digital business.
  • with min. 3 years of relevant professional experience that might be an advantage in digital services (e.g. PMO, customer service) 
  • love bringing order to chaos
  • naturally looking for improvements
  • able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment 
  • fluent in English 
  • with digital literacy and interest of modern technologies 
  • with great communication skills and cooperative, open-minded attitude - we are a world-wide company with teams located all over the world 
  • who are flexible, with creative and inquisitive mind, team players with a "can do" mindset and eager to learn 
  • based in Warsaw/Łódź/willing to relocate/able to visit the office on regular basis after the lockdown

Nice to have: 

  • other languages than Polish and English (e.g. German, French)
  • service delivery certifications (e.g. ITIL)
  • project management certifications (e.g. PSM, PMI) 
  • experience with marketing automation / CMS solutions.

Your future role

As a Service Delivery Manager – Digital Marketing, you can expect to be both technically and creatively challenged.

  • Deliver various digital marketing services (e.g. digital marketing campaigns execution on multiple markets, development of digital assets on scale) for top international and Polish clients,
  • Act as the primary service representative and client point of contact. Manage and grow client relationships (Develop “Trusted Advisor” status).
  • Liaise between stakeholders, brands, business and IT teams to ensure transparent communication and efficient cooperation.
  • Setup of the service delivery (e.g. team mobilization, defining the processes, setup of the reports, etc.).
  • Facilitate work of various teams to successfully deliver high quality service. Maintain staffing to achieve service requirements including managing personnel access requests and coordination with Deloitte and client teams
  • Responsible for overall adherence and attainment of all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and recommend operational improvements to the client. Improve quality standards and procedures, looking for a new ways/approaches of projects delivery.
  • Capture, communicate, and escalate issues. Responsible for compliance with all Deloitte firm engagement management requirements.
  • Support scoping and business analysis to identify service delivery challenges and points of improvements.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage and motivate multiple project teams in multiple geo-locations
  • Involve in risk management, service delivery planning, tracking & reporting activities - according to best practices and service methodology.

This position provides opportunity to collaborate with sales team when working on new opportunities. You will have a chance to participate in development and delivery of RFP materials and execution of sales/pursuit meetings.
