What will you do:

• Client and Senior Leadership POC
• Lead of regional Data analytics team
• Communicate strategy to drive internal and external priorities
• Proven ability to analyze trends and turn them into actionable insights across functions.
• Provide technical and analytical support to Data Analysts
• Ensure process is standardized
• Drive improvement in productivity, data analysis
• Collaborating with BT team, driving JTIO road map
• Career counseling and improve technical skills of team
• Setup support and scale tools/assets for new processes/teams

What do we expect:

• 3 years experience in data visualization (requirement)
• 4 years Industry knowledge in business operations or outsourcing or platform & software (requirement)
• 2 years Project management experience (requirement)
• 1 year Team leader experience (requirement)
• 2 years experience using Javascript, SQL (nice to have)
• Experience in documenting process maps and presenting recommendations on process improvements
• Strong written/verbal/presentation skills
• Proven ability to automate reportings
• Ability to work with senior leadership
