For our Client, a global company, the leader in its industry, we are looking for Senior Procurement Specialist in the area HR & Professional Services for European legal entities.
Senior Procurement Specialist, HR & Professional Services
Responsibilities:
- preparation and execution of contract and price negotiations for HR & Professional Services across Europe,
- identification and establishment of procurement strategies to ensure the supply of services in the long term,
- observation of national european markets to accommodate new suppliers,
- creation and reports of price forecasts and internal metrics to provide basic data for the corporate planning and reporting,
- analysis and controlling of contractual agreements,
- participation and collaboration in interdisciplinary projects and working groups,
- implementation and ensuring of usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance.
Requirements:
- university degree in Economics, Law or similar,
- at least 4 years of experience in procurement of HR or Professional Services area,
- good process knowledge as well as negotiation skills,
- proficiency in English
- experience in collaboration with international teams
- good knowledge of MS Office
- able to convince through your own initiative,
- assertiveness and good communication skills.
