For our Client, a global leader in the production industry, we are looking for candidates who will join one of the largest SSC in Warsaw as a Talent Acquisition Administration Specialist with English or French, or German.
Talent Acquisition Administration Specialist with English or French or German
Responsibilities:
- provide answers about the Talent Acquisition (TA) module, recruitment process and new hire process as the second line customer contact,
- receive and verify the provided information and enter the data in the system,
- control the approbation process (right approvers, right workflow),
- liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partner on requisitions approved and to be approved,
- align with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates to plan for interviews,
- schedule interviews by sending invitations and arranging for relevant resources (conference call link or room),
- enter external resumes (obtained through pro-active sourcing) in the system,
- post ads within applicable system (as soon as receiving the add from recruiters) and follow up publications,
- manage the supplied Talent Acquisition and candidate data in the system,
- utilise recruitment system for adequate tracking and maintenance of job requisitions and candidates,
- identify returning questions and/or opportunities for improvement on work processes, techniques, and systems and make a suggestion for improvement to the team leader,
- using process knowledge to show customers how to retrieve information through the various channels (HR Portal),
- prepare and send-out internal communication on available vacancies,
- support the administrative process around assessments and background checks,
- support the administration of referral programs and satisfaction surveys,
- ensure expenses made by candidates are expensed and reimbursed, following the company’s process and policy,
- be in contact with the system administrator if there are system issues.
Requirements:
- minimal 2 years of relevant working experience,
- bachelors/Master’s degree preferably in HR,
- strong customer services orientation,
- ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures,
- flexible and stress resistant: The ability to multitask and structure the workload,
- accurate, self-standing and with strong attention to detail,
- experience with HR and/or Recruitment supporting technology and the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new ways of working,
- strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and confidence to effectively work with all levels of the organization (including external parties where necessary),
- ability to work in an international and multicultural environment,
- fluent in English language, both written and verbally is required,
- fluent in Dutch, French, German, or Swedish language, both written and verbally is required.
