For our client international distributor of consumer goods we are looking for
Logistics Team Leader
Opis stanowiska:
- oversee and lead logistics processes for operations in Poland,
- close cooperation with Head of Sales, Key Account Managers and Procurement Manager,
- oversee external warehouse and other logistic and transport suppliers,
- leading a small team of 2 – 3 logistics specialists / planners,
- ensure the logistic function can effectively respond to clients demand,
- analyse suppliers’ performance and KPIs, seek for improvements,
- oversee improvement projects and initiatives in the area of supply chain.
Wymagania:
- bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics, business administration, economics or similar,
- preferable previous logistics experience, supply chain or planning experience,
- fluency in English and Polish,
- experience in consumer goods industry will be a definite asset,
- any people management experience will be a definite asset,
- strong analytical skills as well as customer oriented,
- highly developed organizational and time management skills with ability to work effectively under pressure,
- excellent knowledge of excel.
