What will you do:
The Procurement Customer Service Agent will be responsible to provide first line support to client users and stakeholders regarding procurement operations topics within set turn around times and quality targets, following appropriate control environment and client procedures.
Operational Roles Duties and Responsibilities
The Procurement Customer Service Agent will handle incoming queries from the client business users and third party via calls or emails, provide estimated resolution timescales, resolve queries within set turn around time and quality targets, report or escalate issues when required that cannot be resolved in line with defined procedures.

- Proficient English verbal and written (min B2)
- Strong drive for results and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
