What do you need to start?

• Experience in R2R area
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Ability to organize own work and teamwork in compliance with the operational procedures KPI/Client's reporting requirements
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Operating at the level of Subject Matter Expert / Controller in the following areas: VAT, Payroll (US), Lease Accounting, Direct Inventory Reconciliations, Prepaid Reconciliations

What duties will help you grow?

• Analyzing and redesigning processes within the area of expertise in a specific client business context (after migration to the new ERP - Oracle Cloud)
• Managing the improvement of processes using tools related to technology in a given area of knowledge
• Providing coaching to team members to improve their performance
• Handling inquiries and escalations from client's stakeholders, interacting with client's auditors (VAT, accounting)
• Analyzing contract changes and preparing change orders
