Your responsibilities
Lead projects in area of financial planning, analysis, and accounting services.
Perform business development activities, including proposal development, presentations, and client meetings (Non-Financial services)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Advise clients on accounting and financial reporting matters to ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Polish accounting standards.
Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the client's strategic objectives.
Conduct financial analysis and create and maintain financial models to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for clients.
Provide strategic financial advice to clients, including recommendations for improving financial performance, reducing costs, and increasing revenue.
Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing financial processes and controls.
Stay current with changes in accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure that clients are complying and positioned for success.
Our requirements

Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or certification, such as ACCA, CPA or CMA, would be considered as advantage.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a leading role in area of financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles. Experience in consulting or advisory roles would be a plus.

Technical skills: Strong technical skills in financial analysis, modeling, and accounting principles are essential. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead the project team, clearly and effectively communicate with the team, explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Fluent English and Polish languages are required.
