Acts as a functional expert on global level and is fully responsible for the end-to-end process design and development of Global Mobility (GM). Drive integration, standardization, and sustainabil-ity across all relevant business processes within GM and the given HR technology. Work closely with different stakeholders and service line representatives in the hubs/front offices to further en-hance an effective and efficient end-to-end delivery process as a representative of GM.

Your responsibilities

  • Overseeing the global mobility process, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, continuity, and driving alignment with HR technology and other service lines for integration and standardization.
  • Designing and delivering sustainable business processes, leading global projects, enhancing customer experience, and identifying and resolving deficiencies.
  • Commiting to Global Mobility strategy, change management, and leadership within the team
  • Maintaining consistency in HR processes, implementing legal requirements, setting KPIs for our peers, and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Managing and developing the team, facilitating training, and supporting cross-collaboration within HR for process optimization and synergy

Your background

  • A minimum 3-years mobility experience
  • At least 5 years in a service delivery or customer service leadership function
  • Lean six sigma a plus
  • English speaking skills required
