The Finance Controlling & Planning CoE has the responsibility, working closely with the division and country organizations to: # Drive Controlling & Planning standardization. Reporting to the PAEN Global CoE Lead you will provide key support to the business, applying relevant F&A techniques and standards to identify and resolve issues.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing a team: ensuring the execution of owned processes, planned tasks and projects, setting individual and team goals, objectives and quality standards, managing human resource planning, selection, development and performance review, creating learning and business-oriented atmosphere among team members
  • Taking the responsibility for financial analysis delivery by managing a team that executes accurate and timely controlling tasks in compliance with specifications, guidelines & procedures
  • Closely cooperating with business controllers to shape business performance
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting, validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports
  • Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing presentations of findings and recommendations
  • Optimizing the team’s performance to increase productivity by promoting automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating requirements
  • Identifying areas for process and report’s standardization across different countries, divisions and business units, lead implementation of identified changes
  • Ensuring processes and controls performed by the team are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements
  • Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/ external audits and reviews, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated regularly for all activities performed by the team
  • Ensuring service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs

Your background

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
  • At least 9-12 years of experience in Controlling, experience in interacting with process and business stakeholders at various levels, including Executive Managers
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in IT systems: ERP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions
  • Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective
  • Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven people leader who can manage individuals and teams through change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and drive results
