In this role you will be responsible for leading the US Electrification Pricing and Rebates Finance Team. This team supports the US Electrification businesses Smart Power, Smart Building and Distribution Solutions and will partner with the channel management and pricing operations groups. They will work closely with the US M&S controlling team. The role will report to the US Marketing and Sales Finance Manager, Industry, Building, Channel - Electrification

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for management of the team
• Ensures timely and accurate Rebates reporting. Executes accurate accruals, settlements& reconciliation of the whole rebate portfolio: VIDs, MF, Retail, SPA, Cash Discounts, etc.;
• Delivers advanced Pricing analytics, measurements, develops tool/ dashboards
• Plays as a finance partner for Finance& Pricing& Channels
• Provides Distributors Reporting and leverage various reporting/ database/models/tools to report financials
• Follow significant trends on those reports to catch any outliers and inform business proactively
• Owns pacing mechanism including leading meetings/calls around, Being key point of contact for Global executives leaders and their teams to clarify on the respective area global dynamic
• Involvement in various projects, Support the logic design of new KPIs, reports, models as well as Vistex and other systems maintenance & development

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or an equivalent combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results, in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting)
• Significant experience in finance and leadership roles
• Leading people thru changes
• Fluency in English- written & spoken; Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to influence others and good understanding of matrix organization
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with proven analytical and organizational ability
• Effective problem identification and solution skills
