AP Accounting Specialist with Czech
Your responsibilities
- Customer service in Czech in the AP (P2P) process,
- Accounting of purchase invoices,
- Analysis and settlement of supplier accounts,
- Entering advance payments,
- Reports
- Maintain contact with clients via e-mail and phone,
- Building positive and maintaining positive relations with the client.
Our requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree (accounting/ finance background);
- Experience in the Account Payable Department will be an asset (AP, PTP),
- Good knowledge of MS Excel,
- Fluent command of Czech language ( C level) and English (minimum B2 )
- SAP knowledge welcomed,
- High communicativeness,
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and work in a team,
- High personal culture in dealing with the client
