AP Accounting Specialist with Czech

Your responsibilities

  • Customer service in Czech in the AP (P2P) process,
  • Accounting of purchase invoices, 
  • Analysis and settlement of supplier accounts, 
  • Entering advance payments,
  • Reports
  • Maintain contact with clients via e-mail and phone,
  • Building positive and maintaining positive relations with the client.

Our requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree (accounting/ finance background);
  • Experience in the Account Payable Department will be an asset (AP, PTP),
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel,
  • Fluent command of Czech language ( C level)  and English (minimum B2 )
  • SAP knowledge welcomed,
  • High communicativeness,
  • Analytical thinking skills,
  • Ability to work under pressure and work in a team,
  • High personal culture in dealing with the client
