We are looking for talented individuals for Statutory Compliance Specialist position for an intensively growing Statutory Compliance Services Team, acting globally among ABB Group. As a Statutory Compliance Specialist You will be responsible for driving excellence into ABB statutory reporting end – to -end process. You will have a chance to contribute to our success story and make a significant impact on company’s growth trajectory. Person on this position will be working together with Statutory Controller to ensure that the Financial Statements are prepared with high quality, statutory audit is completed within the predetermined timeframe and filing is executed within the regulatory deadline. Statutory Compliance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Supporting preparation of Statutory Financial Statements, including notes and disclosures
• Supporting preparation of documentation required by auditor during the statutory audit process
• Helping in reconciliation between local GAAP and US GAAP; validation that all documents have been posted to local ledger
• Any other ad-hoc tasks delegated by Statutory Controller

Your background

• More than 2-3 years’ experience in finance function (R2R or Statutory department) ideally in a large international industrial group
• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• Big 4 Experience would be an Asset
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Fluent in English
• Accounting background
• Energetic and open-minded personality
