Requirements:

• excellent strategic sourcing/procurement experience, managing the full end-to-end process,
• technical understanding of machining and the metal fabrication processes, this person will need to understand blueprints for parts and assemblies - then connect this to the suppliers,
• strong stakeholder management skills,
• English - C1.

Responsibilities:

• managing the end-to-end strategic sourcing, mainly in the Machinery parts category,
• setting strategy for the global category, adding as much value to the business as possible,
• leading a team of 2 procurement professionals, helping them to build upon their skill sets,
• working with industry leading professionals, engaging with senior stakeholders within the business and influencing them on your set procurement strategy,
• generating savings in purchases,
• conducting negotiations.
