Requirements

• min. 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business support within an international company,
• exceptional business acumen, with the ability to anticipate critical market and internal factors impacting potential investments,
• excellent communication and business partnering skills,
• proficiency in English, C1,
• self-motivated, capable of adjusting to varying scopes depending on the business direction,
• previous experience in team management focused on the continuous drive of team development.

Responsibilities

• overseeing end-to-end commercial finance processes for Commercial Businesses in Europe, including coordinating the price increase process among different stakeholder groups,
• delivering a best-in-class level of business partnership and ensuring effective governance of commercial processes related to pricing, contract management and rebate analysis,
• focusing on enhancing existing management reports, facilitating better business decision-making,
• leading transformation projects, which may involve expanding the team's scope to cover new business areas,
• seeking initiatives to improve processes, including automation and digitalization,
• managing a team up to 10 financial analysts,
• ensuring top-quality support is provided to the business and actively fostering talent development.
