Requirements:
- very good knowledge of English and German (at least B2 level),
- knowledge of MS Office package,
- ability to work in a team, strongly developed communication skills,
- good analytical skills,
- previous work experience in HR, Customer Service, Order Management or Finances,
- positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Responsibilities:
- be the go-to person for managing vital customer accounts, utilizing cutting-edge customer portals to streamline order processing, analyze data, and ensure seamless deliveries,
- your daily mission includes handling incoming customer inquiries, tackling emergency orders, and ensuring smooth logistics coordination for timely deliveries,
- empower customers with valuable product insights, competitive alternatives, and efficient solutions tailored to their needs,
- harness the power of our internal database to monitor and optimize customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty,
- collaborate closely with the CX team to exceed monthly performance metrics and elevate customer experience.
