Requirements:

• higher education in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration,
• 3 years of experience in T&E/PTP/Finance and Accounting,
• exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Purchase to Pay Processes, including Travel Management,
• fundamental knowledge of local tax regulations concerning purchase and travel invoices,
• business use of German and English (minimum B2 level),
• prior experience with SAP - preferably S4/Hana,
• practical use of Travel Management systems (Chrome River/Concur).

Responsibilities:

• execute the processing of vendor invoices and address T&E inquiries,
• address queries from vendors, contractors, departmental managers and other matters related to AP/PTP,
• oversee and supervise recurring invoices, automated debits, invoicing settlements, customized, and consignment invoices,
• manage discrepancies in GR/IR accounts,
• authenticate, validate, and affirm changes in vendor master data.
