For our international Client from production sectors, we are looking for candidates for the position of Accounting Team Manager, who will be responsible for Accountants from RTR, AR and AP area.
Accounting Team Manager (RTR, AP, AR)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in people management role,
- 4+ experience in the field of finance in SSC/BPO structures,
- advanced knowledge of RTR, AP and AR areas,
- knowledge of SAP system,
- Master’s degree in finance/Accounting preferred or Independent Accounting course
- experience in transition projects,
- experience in finance projects of improvement,
- strong people management skills,
- analytical skills with attention to detail,
- fluency in English (B2+ level).
Responsibilities:
- manage a team and provide substantive support from RTR, AP and AR areas,
- activities related to people management: recruiting new talents, setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting employee evaluations ensuring further development of employees,
- participating in automation and standardization projects,
- managing daily workload for assigned entities,
- supervising and coordinating finance processes,
- coordination of month-end closing activities,
- taking care of KPIs, internal policy and process continuity,
- point of contact for auditors and stakeholders,
- close cooperation with the other finance teams.
