Requirements:

• experience in a similar position,
• experience in working in an international company or SSC,
• very good communication in English (written and spoken),
• knowledge of Spanish will be a great asset,
• good knowledge of MS Excel,
• team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• daily booking and control of supplier invoices in an efficient manner to ensure compliance with relevant payable systems, policies and procedures,
• verify registered invoices,
• perform analysis, matching and reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers and resolve any discrepancies,
• conducts reviews of vendor statement against open and closed invoices to identify missing or misbilled invoices,
• communicates with third parties as needed to resolve invoice questions or discrepancies in order to post invoices,
• cooperate with external vendors and institutions.
