We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our Financial Control team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland- HYBRID. 

Department/Team overview                                                                            

Transfer Agency Correspondence Team responds to written customer service inquiries, requests received with incomplete information or documentation and complaints.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Responds to customer inquiries, items received not in good order, and complaints received via e-mail, incoming mail, fax and any other venue. 
  • Excellent written skills and ability to correspond in writing in a professional and diplomatic manner. 
  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal regulations, association guidelines and consumer regulations. 
  • Protects the privacy of the customer in maintaining customer confidentiality. 
  • Assists with developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance and to monitor risk. 
  • Able to serve as a key contributor to the overall team. 
  • Ability to solve practical problems utilizing available resources and common sense approach.
  • Ability to independently create responses where limited standardization exists
  • Supports and embrace company values.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a financial industry.   
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form. 
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities.   
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and process at a high level of accuracy. 
  • Must have excellent verbal skills and be able to handle oneself in a professional manner under stressful circumstances.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is essential for this role.
