Requirements:
  • very good understanding of employee services and human resources policies and processes,
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position,
  • very good knowledge of English and Spanish (min. B2),
  • knowledge of the French language would be an advantage,
  • high level of attention to detail and accuracy,
  • communication skills, excellent organization of work.
Responsibilities:
  • act as the initial touchpoint for all ES and HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance to employees,
  • skillfully navigate ticketing systems to liaise with HR Administration, Payroll, and other relevant departments, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues,
  • co-create a comprehensive knowledge base aimed at addressing common queries, streamlining employee ES and HR experiences, and promoting self-service capabilities,
  • efficiently handle Tier 1 tickets, ensuring prompt and precise processing of employee data and inquiries, with a meticulous approach to documentation and resolution follow-through,
  • drive cross-team collaboration efforts to enhance service delivery, minimize response times, and boost overall operational efficiency in ES and HR support functions,
  • conduct training sessions to onboard new hires and educate managers on ES tools and processes, fostering team competence and elevating service standards,
  • proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement, leading initiatives to continuously improve operational workflows and optimize service quality within the organization.
