What will you do? 

• Timely management of requests according to the agreed service levels
• Take ownership of customers’ issues ensuring end to end service with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction and attention to detail
• Understand and follow unclaimed property laws, and manage escheatment compliance activity across client’s US operating entities to ensure timely and accurate completion of each process step
• Review and claim funds owned by the client and its subsidiaries to make sure that the property is retrieved
• Update state dormancy rules once changes are communicated by the escheatment compliance outsourcer and the AUP GPM
• Ensure all escheatable properties are timely and accurately included in the escheatment process
• Reach out to each state’s AUP office to request the latest payment/banking details
• Comply with AUP Regulatory Filing Process and Payments to States
• Provide prior filing support, AUP policy and process documentation to AUP GPM for Audits and GPC Examinations
• Determine reportable accounts, contact with customers and assist claim with payment, as well as reconcile the GL accounts and prepare the reports based on the states and status of the funds/properties.
• Suggest process improvements that will make the process more structured and efficient
• Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Team Leader
• Ensure understanding of team SLAs; CPIs and KPIs and align to management’s vision and direction
