We are looking for:
Payroll Helpdesk Assistant
Your future role:
- Deliver high quality customer service in response to payroll helpdesk inquiries, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution of payroll questions and issues, including complex cases, for employees across multiple jurisdictions,
- Participate in projects, helping to identify, design, and execute activities aimed at continuous improvement within the helpdesk,
- Drive improvements in content by analyzing topics suitable for self-service routing, enhancing information in online tools, and ensuring the helpdesk guidebook is consistently updated,
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with PwC teams and clients as required,
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Apply if you have:
- A university degree,
- 1+ years of experience in Payroll Operations,
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Experience in using Microsoft Office tools,
- Sense of ownership of assigned tasks,
- Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.
