THE WORK:
- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- You will be required to timely and compliantly respond to queries and take proactive actions to collect accurate reports about debt outstanding, apply payments and credits and other OTC tasks.
- You will be required to address flagged issues and disputes, flag process and system gaps and escalate for resolution.
- You will be required to establish effective relationships with business partners by email and phone..
Your main tasks will be related to:
- Receiving and validating new customer credit assessment and contract requests.
- Monitoring existing customer and portfolio credit risk.
- Reconciliating accounts receivable activity to the general ledger.
- Applying cash remittances and credits or adjustments.
- Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes.
HERE's WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Very good English and Spanish or Italian proficiency (min B2 level)
- Intermediate proficiency in Collections Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Effective Written Communication.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
