THE WORK
- Manage collections for a dedicated portfolio, including applying payments, processing credits, and reconciling accounts.
- Perform credit checks, assess credit risk, and review customer payment behavior.
- Work with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve collection processes.
- Prepare reports and handle financial documentation related to order releases and account setups.
- Maintain accurate account records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding payments and account status.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED
- Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese language (min. C1 level is required).
- Knowledge of English language (min. B2 level).
- Full time availability (8 hours daily) from Monday to Friday.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE
- Previous experience in financial, accounting, or Client related process.
- Familiarity with order release processes.
