THE WORK:
- Perform best in class collections activities with B2B customers.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously improve customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Provide support to Team Lead.
- Adhere to SLA and KPI targets.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fluent English and French (minimum B2 level).
- 1+years of experience in OTC, Collections, preferably, with French speakers.
- Motivation and eagerness to pick up challenges.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
