Stanowisko to podlega:
HR Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Service Delivery Excellence: You will provide HR service support to ensure adherance to Service Level Agreements, driving efficiency in onboarding, termination, and internal processes.
- Process Optimization: You will identify and lead process improvement projects, ensuring timely processing of HR requests to enhance service quality.
- Team Development: You will support and mentor less-experienced staff, fostering a culture of growth and enabling them to reach their full potential.
- Data Integrity and Reporting: You will maintain up-to-date systems and databases, guaranteeing high data quality and accuracy, and prepare essential reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications for the role:
- You are immersed in HR Shared Services, with a strong plus for experience in a global company and familiarity with Employee Lifecycle or HR Generalist roles.
- You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and exposure to SAP tools is a significant advantage.
- You are passionate about excellent communication and customer experience orientation, with a keen eye for detail.
- You are at ease communicating fluently in business English and Czech, enhancing team collaboration and client interactions.
- You have a demonstrated track record of a proactive approach, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail in your field.
