What will you do:
- Processing account suspensions and reactivations.
- Order processes put on hold.
- Processing of new order approvals.
- Accounts and inquiries assignment.
- DRT andamp; OCA reassignment andamp; Flags.
- Close cooperation with external collection activities.
- Preparing various reports and analysis.
- Placing accounts in OCA.
- Very close interactions with Debt Recovery team / Credit Team.
- Monthly billing reconciliation.
- LCSandamp;MMS billing policy process.
- Cloud resellers termination process.
- Reporting – adhoc required both internally and externally.
- Process improvements and implementation.
- Other – interaction with Internal teams.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Written and spoken fluency in English language (min. B2 level is required).
- Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
- Strong attention to detail.
