
Our Quality Assurance Practice consists of 60+ specialists working on complex, integrated IT system implementation projects. We assure high quality of solutions being delivered for customers from many industries: financial services, energy, oil & gas, telco, FMCG, educational institutions etc. Among our customers you may find companies operating in Poland, UK, USA, Germany, Brasil, RPA, Japan and many other countries. We create and audit test strategies; build test plans; manage blended test teams consisting not only of our QA engineers but also of clients’ specialists and 3rd party contractors; we carry out both functional and non-functional tests and deal with test automation.
We are looking for:
Senior Test Automation Engineer (.NET)
Your future role:
- Review and analyse system requirements,
- Cooperate with customers and PwC delivery team to define automated tests scope and approach,
- Create, execute and maintain test automation scripts,
- Create and execute performance test scripts,
- Analyse test results,
- Report on testing effort status and results,
- Lead a small team of technical testers,
- Perform manual software testing if needed.
Apply if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in test automation with strong C#/.NET skills,
- At least 2 years of experience in a test automation lead role (owning test strategy, building framework, code reviews),
- Practical experience of BDD with Reqnroll (or SpecFlow),
- Very good knowledge of Playwright (.NET) test automation framework,
- Demonstrated experience in UI and API test automation – building and maintaining automated tests for web UIs and APIs,
- Experience in defining independent test automation and performance testing approaches,
- Proven experience building and scaling test automation frameworks,
- Very good understanding of software delivery process (agile methodologies),
- Very good command of English and Polish,
- Very good communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to work in a group,
- Analytical skills and attention to detail,
- Solid CI/CD knowledge and experience in integration framework with pipelines,
- Independence and proactive approach,
- Availability 5 days a week.
Nice to have:
- Experience in performance testing,
- Good knowledge of JMeter (or similar),
- Experience in testing CRM solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics 365 etc.),
- Prior experience in working in international environment,
- Practical knowledge of SQL,
- ISTQB certification,
- Familiarity with DevOps culture,
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems concepts,
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes,
- Practical usage of AI-assisted testing generation.
