THE WORK:
- Responsible for timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients (calls, emails, dunning letters, etc.);
- Forecasting (cash, risks, opportunities, past due level);
- Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance and Customer Service departments;
- Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection;
- Helping in resolution of disputes;
- Supporting other team members with knowledge;
- SPOC role for assigned portfolio;
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fluent French min C1.
- Very good English min B2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral);
- MS Office (Excel) skills;
- 1 year experience in Customer Service, phone contact with customers, complaints solving, and cash collecting;
- Experience with Controller or other automated collections tool;
