At PwC Poland, our Application Managed Services practice brings together experts specialized in managed services for cloud-based solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). We ensure the stability, maintenance, and support of our clients’ applications and systems, focusing on business continuity and performance optimization. Our team collaborates with clients to implement fixes, updates, and minor functionality enhancements based on business and technical requirements.

We are looking for:

Mid AEM Fullstack Developer 

Your future role:

  • Maintaining and enhancing existing applications built on AEM (backend, frontend, and content management,
  • Diagnosing and resolving production incidents and issues,
  • Implementing fixes, improvements, and minor functional extensions in the AEM environment,
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability and reliability,
  • Collaborating with technical support teams, business stakeholders, and external partners,
  • Following best practices and guidelines related to Application Managed Services,
  • Participating in regular reviews, reporting, and change management processes,
  • Working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Apply if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (backend, frontend, and content management),
  • Strong knowledge of Java/JEE technologies, OSGi, Sling, and JCR repository,
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently,
  • Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) relevant to AEM development,
  • Experience in Application Managed Services, or in maintaining and supporting applications, is a strong advantage,
  • Familiarity with incident, change, and deployment management tools and processes (e.g., Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines,
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams.
