Help us elevate how Global Business Services (GBS) delivers standardized, high‑quality reporting & analytics at scale. We’re hiring an outcome-focused leader to set the vision, operating model, and standards for GBS reporting - and to turn a team of Reporting Experts into a high‑performing capability that delivers trusted, timely, and actionable insights.

Position purpose

Accountable for defining the vision, operating model, and standards for enterprise reporting for services provided by GBS. The Lead ensures robust data management, KPI standardization, and sustainable platform operations; accelerates self‑service adoption; and leverages automation and AI‑assisted capabilities to reduce cycle times and enhance decision quality—delivering measurable business value through a modern reporting ecosystem that is secure, compliant, and future‑ready.

What will you do – key responsibilities:

You will Own and Lead

  • Build, coach, and inspire a multi‑location team of Reporting Experts (direct reports in Manila and Warsaw)
  • Own and manage a portfolio of reporting projects/products - from discovery to delivery to run
  • Elevate GBS reporting practices through clear standards, UX excellence and repeatable delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, etc.) to translate needs into standardized KPIs and quality reports
  • Maintain disciplined operations (releases, refreshes, incident management, QA) and performance

  • Build a high-performing reporting capability with clear ownership, growth paths, and a standardized portfolio that delivers trusted insights at scale.
  • Accelerate decisions through automation and AI while ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient platform operations with strong SLAs.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality data ingestion into performance-ready semantic models and clearly communicate value through adoption, accuracy, timeliness, and business impact.

Who are we looking for/What you can bring:

  • Leadership experience in BI/analytics or reporting delivery
  • Power BI skills (semantic models, DAX, RLS, performance tuning) are valued
  • Strong data modeling and integration across multiple sources; SQL proficiency
  • Visualization craft and report UX best practices; accessibility awareness
  • Experience with KPI standardization, metadata/lineage, and reporting catalogs
  • Portfolio management, agile/product ways of working, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling in English
