For our Client, a global consulting and technology organization supporting international enterprises in digital transformation, we are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join automation projects focused on optimizing and scaling business processes.
In this role, you will work with intelligent automation technologies to design and implement solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency across complex business environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, and build scalable automation workflows using Blue Prism.

Requirements
- experience developing automation solutions using RPA platforms (preferably Blue Prism),
- ability to design new automations and enhance existing workflows,
- strong technical and analytical skills enabling independent work across development phases,
- understanding of business processes and automation opportunities,
- strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain technical topics,
- very good English skills (spoken and written),
- experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) - nice to have,
- knowledge of German language - nice to have.
Responsibilities

- translate business requirements into scalable automation workflows,
- develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions,
- ensure development follows RPA best practices and coding standards,
