The opportunity:

As a Senior Manager/ Director, you will work within a dynamic Business Consulting Finance GBS team, supporting entity-wide transformation initiatives across finance strategy, operating models, digital finance, and GBS in an international, cross-functional environment. This is a role for an experienced senior professional with a solid finance and transformation background and a passion for shaping the future of organization within a collaborative, mentor-driven culture.

  • Become part of Leadership of Business Consulting Finance team and work within a dynamic team in the areas of Global Business Services and Digital Finance Transformation
  • Lead the the execution of transformation programs, define solutions, develop client’s strategies and operating models – from design to implementation
  • Design finance operating models, finance processes and next generation digital finance capabilities
  • Contribute to the success of projects with state-of-the-art project management methods
  • Work in an international team on cross-functional engagements, such as GBS transformations or finance process optimization
  • Prepare benchmark analyses to optimize group structures and evaluate operating models as well as governance structures
  • Be part of the change and actively engage in shaping our culture and contribute to internal team developments

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in Transformation/ GBS/ Consulting area
  • Experience in delivering transformation and cost reduction projects related to process redesign and digitalization, process transition, benchmarking and defining finance operating model
  • End to end Finance understanding - PtP, OtC, RtR or FP&A, with deep expertise in at least one of those processes and technologies related to it
  • Hands-on expertise in leading finance technology SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems design and implementation (e.g. HighRadius/ Basware /OT VIM/ InvoiceTrack/ Esker/Blackline/ Trintech/ ServiceNow)
  • Involved in Finance Strategy definition and C-level exposure
  • Operating Model design including centralization and strategic sourcing discissions (BPO, Captive set up, hybrid models etc)
  • Leading the project lifecycle – starting from opportunity identification, pricing, pursuit lead with contracting stage on buyer/ seller side
  • Being fluent with AI services and AI agenda for the finance organization
  • Project Management experience and proven track of projects delivery
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, further languages are a plus
  • Highly motivated and self- driven attitude
  • Willingness to travel
