YOUR ROLE

As an R2R Finance and Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and timely period-end closing activities. You will support core Record-to-Report processes, prepare essential financial data, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues. Your work will contribute directly to high-quality reporting, strong financial controls, and continuous process improvements.

YOUR TASKS

Prepare and process GL journals, accruals, provisions, allocations, and fixed asset entries.
Handle non-standard accounting events in line with policies and accounting manuals.
Perform daily bank statement processing and reconcile bank and intercompany accounts.
Execute month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Prepare financial, management, and treasury reporting data and support tax and statutory reporting.
Perform and monitor financial controls.

YOUR PROFILE

At least 3 years of experience in R2R.
Solid knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations (Statutory Reporting, CIT, VAT, Statistical Reports).
Fluent English.
Strong accounting process knowledge.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
In-depth knowledge of processes, policies, and procedures within the engagement.
