Bookkeeper - Tax Compliance, Accounting Outsourcing and Payroll Services (Ukrainian&English)

• Academic degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation
• Some practical experience (at minimum 1 year) relating to processing primary documents, making accounting entries, registering tax invoices, processing bank payments, etc.
• Some practical experience (at minimum 1 year) working with accounting systems (BAS / 1C / SAP / Navision – an advantage)
• Good skills in working in MS Excel
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage routine tasks responsibly
• Fluent Ukrainian and an intermediate level of English (Polish - nice to have)

Bookkeeping Services provides services related to maintaining clients’ accounting books at KPMG. In addition to bookkeeping, the department’s employees are involved, among other things, in preparing tax returns, reports, and financial statements in accordance with Ukrainian accounting regulations as well as accounting standards adopted by the client. They also liaise with tax authorities and assist clients during tax audits and financial statement reviews.
