The Managed Services Growth & Transformation Team in the CEE region focuses on designing, implementing and scaling modern operation model that supports the delivery of managed services. We combine business, technology and operational perspectives to deliver efficient, repeatable and scalable solutions that address market needs. We support the growth of the Managed Services offering through go‑to‑market and go‑to‑network initiatives, the development of management information, and the delivery of large‑scale transformation initiatives across the Central and Eastern Europe region. Operating at the intersection of sales, solution design and service delivery, we strengthen operational coherence and enhance the competitiveness of PwC Managed Services in the CEE region.

We are looking for:

Senior Analyst in CEE MS Growth & Transformation Team

Your future role: 

  • Participation in budgeting processes and monitoring budget execution,
  • Analysis of financial and operational data and preparation of ad hoc analyses to support business needs,
  • Working with global product codes, including participation in their standardisation and reporting changes,
  • Preparing and developing management dashboards supporting budgeting and reporting processes,
  • Preparing presentations and management materials (decks) for internal stakeholders,
  • Cooperating with regional and global teams in the area of reporting and management information,
  • Identifying opportunities to improve analytical and reporting processes.

Apply if you have:  

  • Experience in an analytical role, particularly in the area of reporting and budgeting,
  • The ability to work confidently with financial and operational data and draw meaningful business insights,
  • Experience in preparing dashboards and management information,
  • The ability to work independently and respond efficiently to business needs, including ad hoc analyses,
  • Experience in preparing presentations and management materials (decks),
  • The ability to work effectively in a changing environment and with global standards or data structures,
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and a good command of English enabling work in an international environment,
  • The ability to work in a project-based environment, with a fast pace and ambitious timelines,
  • A very good command of English enabling fluent communication (C1/C2),
  • A completed higher education degree.
