For our client large company from medical service industry we are looking for highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Strategy Analyst to join Strategy & Corporate Development team. The role will support the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives, growth agenda, and investment activities across the healthcare and medical services sector.

Requirements

  • bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field,
  • 4–8 years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy, transaction advisory or strategy consulting,
  • strong financial modeling and analytical skills,
  • advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint,
  • excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and communication skills,
  • experience in a leading strategy consulting firm,  M&A advisory, transaction services, or corporate finance advisory will be advantage,
  • experience within healthcare, medical services, hospitals, diagnostics, or healthcare-related industries will be advantage,
  • knowledge of valuation methodologies and transaction execution processes,
  • strategic thinking and business acumen,
  • strong commercial mindset,
  • advanced analytical and quantitative skills as well as financial modeling expertise.

Responsibilities

  • support the development and refinement of the company's long-term business strategy and growth initiatives,
  • develop strategic recommendations and business cases for new services, markets, and investment opportunities,
  • monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics,
  • lead and support commercial strategy projects aimed at improving revenue growth, market positioning, and operational performance.
  • assess market attractiveness, customer segments, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities,
  • translate strategic insights into actionable recommendations for business units and executive management.
  • conduct commercial due diligence assessments for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities,
  • prepare feasibility studies and investment analyses for new business initiatives, healthcare facilities, service lines, and expansion projects,
  • build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and M&A transactions.
  • develop business cases, valuation models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses,
  • analyze financial and operational performance to support strategic decision-making,
  • participate in end-to-end M&A processes, including target screening, evaluation, due diligence, valuation, transaction execution, and integration planning,
  • support post-merger integration initiatives and value realization programs,
  • prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for management and supervisory board meetings.
