In this role, you will be responsible for payroll activities for the Polish and Baltic region or Nordic countries.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payroll area,
- strong understanding of payroll processes,
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- high attention to detail and accuracy,
- very good command of English (B2 or higher),
- knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors,
- experience in transition projects will be a strong asset,
- experience working with regions such as Poland, the Baltics, or the Nordics will be a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- validate payroll inputs and perform data quality checks,
- coordinate payroll processing, corrections and final validation,
- review payroll outputs, including payslips, bank files and GL reports,
- manage payroll queries, discrepancies and payment issues,
- monitor KPIs, controls, approvals and service levels,
- coordinate with payroll vendors and internal Finance/Legal teams,
- support process improvements, system changes and legal updates,
- participate in knowledge transfer to Polish structures.
