P2P Junior Capability Lead

In this role, you will handle complex queries raised by third-party vendors, working closely with vendors and colleagues across divisions to resolve issues effectively and process sensitive and critical third-party vendor invoices.

You will focus on improving and standardizing processes, reducing query complexity, and ensuring that invoice processing is managed by the Global Hub. The overall objective is to gradually reduce the global volume of queries and the open backlog.

This role contributes to the Electrification business and reports to the P2P Junior Capability Lead based in Kraków.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving vendor queries comprehensively using global tools (e.g., ServiceNow/SNOW)
• Processing invoices on a global scale
• Maintaining regular contact with divisions and vendors and handling escalations
• Having a solid understanding of global P2P policies (e.g., invoice rejection procedures and the promotion of approved payment terms) and implementing measures to ensure compliance with these policies
• Having a sound knowledge of P2P invoice processing procedures, including MM and FI transactions
• Implementing preventive measures based on root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
• Meeting agreed KPIs and monitoring performance against established targets
• Advancing process improvements and automation efforts in collaboration with the Global Hub (Continuous Improvement)

Qualifications:

• You hold a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience
• You possess knowledge of ServiceNow, with working knowledge of Basware and working knowledge of ReadSoft being an advantage
• You have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy identifying process improvements and ensuring compliance with global P2P policies
• You have a minimum of 1 year of operational P2P experience and knowledge of the end-to-end P2P process, including SAP and workflow tools
• You communicate clearly and effectively
• You are comfortable communicating in English
• You hold a valid visa or work permit to work in Poland
