Responsibilities:
- administrating procurement data into the SAP,
- daily contact with suppliers and management of suppliers database,
- creating purchase orders,
- close cooperation with AP Accountants,
- supporting Senior Buyers in advanced purchasing activities,
- monitoring suppliers performance (price, purchase condition, delivers),
- preparing ad hoc reports.
Requirements:
- previous corporate experience (Customer Service, Procurement, Accountancy) as a strong plus,
- very good Italian language skills (min. B2),
- fluency in English (min. B2),
- advanced Excel and SAP knowledge as a strong plus,
- top communication skills,
- analytical and strategic way of thinking.
