Key responsibilities may include:

• Understanding recruiting demands and specific skills profiles in Delivery Center of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Screening applications and candidates' selection
• Conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates and tracking their profiles in recruitment system
• Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
• Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
• Acting as single point of contact for hiring managers, responsibility for regular updates and communication about projects with them
• Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools
• Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
• Providing external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
• Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates

Qualifications

• 1 years of proven experience in similar role
• Preferred understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools, sourcing channels
• Solid interviewing experience and skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Focus on quality and high "customer service" skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Analytical skills and data analysis experience 
• Knowledge of Taleo will be a strong asset
