Responsibilities:
- responsibility for the daily support for AP Accountants: reviewing and monitoring blocked and not paid invoices, queries resolution, manual payments, clearing purchase accounts, preparing reports, manual payments,
- daily communication with vendors and banks,
- preparing audits of AP documents and procedures,
- ensuring compliance with statutory requirements of the German market,
- daily cooperation with other financial departments,
- assuring standards processes according to procedures.
Requirements:
- min. 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable,
- very good knowledge of English (B2) and German (C1),
- proven knowledge of SAP,
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent course as a strong asset,
- strong analytical skills,
- high business culture.
