AP Accountant with German (New SSC)

Responsibilities:
- preparing bank transfers and settlements of accounts,
- monitoring payments and invoices,
- handling incoming querier and providing a solution to the vendors,
- performing payments of the invoice to suppliers,
- balance sheet reconciliations,
- partnering with local office accounting counterparts,
- ensuring no duplicate payments are made,
- close cooperation with the GL department,
- preparing standard reports.
Requirements:
- university degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent,
- experience in a similar position, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment,
- very good command of English and German (min. B2 level),
- wide understanding of financial and accounting processes,
- knowledge of SAP and Excel MS Office,
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy,
- customer focus and ability to work in the team,
- proficient communication skills,
- willingness to take part in the transition process.
