Senior TA Client Representative (with Czech language)

Working with us, you will be responsible for:
Daily interactions with our external clients and business partners concerning their operational and procedural queries.
The team is supporting funds distribution in Polish and CEE markets also with regards to projects and provides an overview of local procedures and processes.
Aside contact with the clients and external business partners you will also interact with various internal teams including Sales, Legal and Compliance.
Daily tasks:
- Ensuring the highest level of service through e-mail and phone to internal and external clients.
- Supporting local distribution of FTI funds by participating in projects, creating and overseeing the processes and procedures.
- Providing direct support to the clients and business partners with regards to their operational queries and business initiatives.
- Identifying and supporting implementation of various improvement initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who have:
- Are fluent in English, Czech and Polish
- Have strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and tact
- Have relevant client service skills
- Have strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
