Responsibilities:
- performing advanced processing for receivable transactions,
- creating and maintaining customer master data,
- conducting credit checks and cash collection,
- constantly seeking out better ways of performing processes.
Requirements:
- at least 1 or 3 years of experience in Customer Service related environments,
- Spanish & English on strong B2 level at least,
- good working knowledge of MS Excel,
- sales/marketing background is a plus,
- SAP is very nice to have,
- strong Customer-Centric attitude,
- governing the balance between customer experience and lean processes,
- professional grounding combined with superior people skills.
