As leading global custodians, we serve a range of clients such as fund managers (including alternative funds), insurance companies, sovereign-wealth funds, pension funds, brokers and investment banks, commercial banks, major companies and issuers.
The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines:
International Operations Centre (IOC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe.
Custody & clearing services offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland and other markets.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, validating and executing our custody clients’ orders for all types of funds, controlling the process of sending them to the market
- Controlling and validating all instructions received from the clients and reverting to them for any missing or incomplete information within a given time frame
- Releasing reliable corporate actions information to the clients in due time
- Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks related to funds units & cash positions / cash movements until final conclusion in cooperation with internal teams and external entities
- Booking all received contract notes and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Performing manual payments within specified currency cut offs
Requirements:
- University degree (economy, banking, finance, accounting etc.)
- Interest in the field of capital market
- Previous job experience within financial industry, experience working with Investment Funds operations would be an asset
- Fluency in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- Analytical skills
