Your role

Are you looking to accelerate your cloud computing career ? We are looking for a Azure Cloud developer / Micro Services Developer (hands-on, problem solver, technical expert) with strong technical leadership.

The main function of this job is to work end-to-end on implementation of MEGDP DataMesh software tools and components, follow to architectural standards, take ownership, review code and designs.
Collaborate with teams on DataMesh edges, collect feedback and requirements, leverage latest tools and technologies to increase our productivity. We are expecting an omnivorous software engineer that does not hesitate learning things about data science, machine learning, performance tuning etc.

We provide IT solutions that support applications servicing FRAS business teams of the UBS group. Together as team, we provide solutions to unique business/market requirements in line with the established Corporate IT Standards.

Your expertise

• Programming Language: Scala, Python
• Tools: Sonatype nexus, kubectl, Azure CLI
• Build Scripting: Maven, Bash, SBT is preferable
• Packaging Tool/Technology: Dockerfile, Helm, Shell
• Cloud platforms: Azure is preferable
• Hosting: Docker, AKS or Kubernetes
• Data: cloud storage accounts like Azure ADLS, PostgreSQL, Databricks or Apache Spark
• Security: Azure AD (SAML Token based, Single sign-on), HashiCorp Vault or Azure Keyvault, Managed Identities(Service Principals) , TLS, CA Certificates, Managed Disk encryption
• Load balancers: Ingress rule is preferable, Spring Cloud technology(Ribbon, Feign, Discovery), Circuit Breaker
• Service Mesh: Istio is preferable, Linkered, API gateways pattern is preferable
• Monitoring: Log Analytics, Azure Metrics, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): ARM , Terraform
